Re: i cant sniff passwords
Faceniff is newer, has more features and has been updated for the latest versions of Android 4.x and also allows for SSL stripping. Droidsheep is a far older app, supports much older versions of Android, has many known issues and does not support SSL strip. As far as I know, Droidsheep has also been...

Re: Find wifi password
Sniffing a router's password requires that you are able to turn your device's wifi chip into 'discovery' mode which is completely different from its normal operating mode. Most (if not all) phones are not able to do this at all. It's not about being able to make an app or not, it's pretty much a har...

'Grabbing' severely slows down internet on the 'target'
Just what it says. When pressing Grab there is a huge delay on the 'target' that is being grabbed. Also it seems that certain scripts and other web media like pictures and etc. can timeout and not load at all. At first I thought that using 'grab' was actually killing the connection but it's just mak...

Re: Install button won't work
Download 'aLogcat' from the Google Play store.
Run Wifikill and wait for the error to occur.
Open up 'aLogcat' and then save the log somewhere.
Copy and paste the log contents from your phone into a post here.
Done.

Re: Service crash
Avamander it seems that your phone is not rooted. Did you root it correctly? Are you using a Custom ROM or an official one? But more importantly it seems that you have not yet rooted your phone. So obviously the app will not work.
Root your phone and then try again.

Re: Samsung Galaxy S III [Sniff Not working]
Faceniff and Wifikill are not supported on Custom Roms. They may or may not work. How can we know without knowing what kind of changes were made to those Roms.

Re: i cant sniff passwords
Faceniff is not a password sniffing/stealing application. You obviously have no idea what you are doing, perhaps you should stick to playing Plants vs. Zombies.
Or maybe you should just read the application documentation....
Also there is no need to make more than 1 thread.

Re: Password before opening Facesniff
As Compiz said, there are other apps that can do this for you, and all quite badly but they still work. Apps that protect other apps are usually pretty shoddy and can be disabled easily. If you are worried about other people using or finding out that you have such an app, perhaps you should consider...

Re: Mobile data?
As Ponury already stated, it already works. As long as the person has not logged out
you should try it first.

Re: OLD WiFiKill for android 2.x release thread [discontinue
The old 2.x version is quite unstable and causes many, many issues on almost all devices it runs on. That isn't to say that the app is bad, and doesn't work. Because it does work, just not as intended normally. You're much better off shelling out money for a better phone and getting the latest and g...
