Not so easy :-) WEP might be possible but who uses WEP these days?

Sniffing a router's password requires that you are able to turn your device's wifi chip into 'discovery' mode which is completely different from its normal operating mode. Most (if not all) phones are not able to do this at all.

It's not about being able to make an app or not, it's pretty much a hardware issue. Just like many wireless cards inside computers and laptops are not able to be able to switch to such a mode either and it depends very much on their make and model.

It's best that you use a laptop running Backtrack for this with a supported wireless device, and then use Wifikill. But this is completely off the topic of these forums and hacking and hijacking are two completely different things. Hence the need for 2 different words in the dictionary.
