Galaxy nexus wake and unlock problem

After wake and unlock starting touchwake app , not previos app
Francko previos and latest
If i choose custom activity.last app, first of all i see touchwake app then animation "last app" and after expacted app

TouchControl should not open up now (v2.2.1), but the TouchControl unlocker will have to show up for a brief time.
