I'm using franco M1 and it works. Can you send the /proc/last_kmsg file after reboot?Twitch_City wrote:I've done that probably 12 times by now. Always reboot

Re: Latest Touch Control update and Franco Kernel
No problem. Here is what I did:
1) Made sure TC was not installed.
2) Rebooted the phone, just in case.
3) Installed TC.
4) Rebooted the phone, just in case.
5) Ran TC, upon slide I get the same "FAIL" message.
I've attached a link to a zip file with a screenshot of my system information, one of my Franco updater info, and the last_kmsg file. Here they are: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/30825176/Archive.zip

Re: Latest Touch Control update and Franco Kernel
Could you also try loading the module and when it fails send me logcat and /proc/kmsg file?

Re: Latest Touch Control update and Franco Kernel
Apparently, I am an idiot. After installing/rebooting, I still got the error. But! When I just went back into the application (so after quitting it once and now reopening it) to load the module, this time it worked! I've rebooted the phone and TC is still working. Next update, I'll try to replicate these steps and see if the issue is reproducible - hopefully not!ponury wrote:Could you also try loading the module and when it fails send me logcat and /proc/kmsg file?

Re: [SOLVED] Latest Touch Control update and Franco Kernel
Just a quick note, the latest Franco (#133) is not supported by 1.6h.
Re: [SOLVED] Latest Touch Control update and Franco Kernel
Works with 1.6i

I will remove that code with next release.
