Key Request cannot complete

I went through the app and paid with paypal. It unlocked FaceNiff on my tablet. I was wondering what the license structure was so I tried to "request a new key" on my phone. I got the error that my paypal email address is not in the database.

I then tried it on my tablet (where I initially purchased the key) and get the same issue.

Is the email address case sensitive? I know I am putting in the correct email. I have the email with my first key to prove it worked.

The key is assigned to one device. Requesting a new key is a feature for people who bought the app long time ago and now the key changed :)

Hi, i have the same problem! please help me ! andoni9162@abv.bg is my email! I put the key only on my tablet.
