[Request] Mac Spoofer App

Can you develop mac spoofing app for nexus 4 please? I found instructions here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthr ... 809&page=3 but too hard for me to understand. Please write app and I buy.

Changing MAC address is not that easy and is device specific. For some devices it might be easy but for some barely possible.
